Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order or using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website, using our WhatsApp ordering service, or purchasing products from Shree Homoeo Pharmacy ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Our Services
Shree Homoeo Pharmacy provides:
- Retail sale of homoeopathic medicines and OTC wellness products from authorised manufacturers.
- WhatsApp-based ordering and stock availability checks.
- Local home delivery within Sinhgad Road and surrounding areas of South Pune.
- In-store pick-up from Shop No. 16, Avdhoot Heights, Anand Nagar, Sinhgad Road, Pune – 411 051.
We are a retail stockist. We do not provide medical consultations, diagnoses, or prescriptions.
3. Orders & Pricing
- All prices are as per the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) printed on the product packaging, unless a promotional discount is explicitly communicated.
- MRP will be confirmed via WhatsApp before your order is dispatched or reserved.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order if a product is out of stock or if incorrect pricing information was provided in error.
- Payment may be made in cash (in-store or on delivery) or via UPI/QR code at the time of delivery or pick-up.
4. Refund & Return Policy
Refund requests are accepted strictly within 2 (two) calendar days from the date of sale.
After 2 calendar days from the date of purchase or delivery, no refund or return will be entertained under any circumstances.
Refunds are processed only for products that meet all of the eligibility conditions listed below.
4.1 Eligibility Conditions for Refund
A refund will only be considered if all of the following conditions are met simultaneously:

- Request made within 2 calendar days of sale date
- Product packaging is completely unopened and factory-sealed
- Product is undamaged — no dents, cracks, broken seals, or tampered labels
- Original purchase receipt or WhatsApp order confirmation is presented
- Product is returned in its original condition with all packaging intact
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
- Request made after 2 calendar days from date of sale
- Product seal or packaging has been opened in any way
- Product is damaged, broken, or tampered with after purchase
- No proof of purchase is available
- Product was purchased during a clearance or special sale marked "final sale"
- Medicines ordered specifically on request (non-stock items)
4.2 How to Request a Refund
- Contact us via WhatsApp or phone within 2 calendar days of your purchase date and inform us of the issue.
- Bring or send back the unopened, undamaged product along with your original purchase receipt or WhatsApp order confirmation.
- Our staff will inspect the product to confirm it meets all eligibility conditions listed above.
- If approved, a refund will be issued via the original payment method (cash refund for cash purchases; UPI reversal for digital payments) within 2 working days of approval.
4.3 Damaged or Incorrect Items Received
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or an incorrect item was dispatched, please notify us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost, subject to verification.
4.4 Non-Returnable Items
The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Any opened or partially used medicines or OTC products.
- Products that have been stored improperly after purchase (e.g. exposed to heat, sunlight, or moisture).
- Products whose expiry date has passed after the date of sale.
- Special-order medicines procured specifically for a customer that are not part of regular stock.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is available within Sinhgad Road, Anand Nagar, Vadgaon Budruk, Hingne, Dhayari, and nearby South Pune localities.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders confirmed before 5:00 PM on working days.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or product availability.
- Risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
- Delivery charges, if any, will be communicated via WhatsApp before order confirmation.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Shree Homoeo Pharmacy is a retail pharmacy. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Product information on our website and WhatsApp communications is for general informational purposes only.
Always consult a qualified, registered homoeopathic practitioner before commencing any treatment. Do not self-medicate for serious, chronic, or worsening health conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shree Homoeo Pharmacy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products purchased from us. Our maximum liability in any dispute shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
We are not liable for adverse reactions to homoeopathic products taken without consultation with a registered practitioner.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
